Call to salvation is the starting point for any call to service and ministry. If a person has not experienced God’s grace in his own life through saving faith in Jesus Christ, he should never even contemplate any involvement in Christian ministry. Beyond this call, there is a particular call to ministry. This call must come from God and it is not something we decide to do ourselves.
